What ages does the pouch fit? 👶
The pouch is designed for newborns up to around 12 months. Baby sits high on your chest with the eared cap keeping their head cosy 🐻 Once they have outgrown it, the hoodie carries on as your everyday fleece.
Is it safe for my baby? 🤍
The pouch holds baby snug and high against your chest in breathable fleece. Always keep their face and airways clear and visible, and stay hands-aware just as you would with any sling. For long hands-free walks, use it together with your usual support carrier.
What size should I get? 📏
Your usual size = fitted. One size up = the full oversized cloud look. The pouch fits your baby either way — and if you get it wrong, we swap sizes free ✅
Is it warm enough for winter? ❄️
Deep-pile teddy fleece inside and out, so it holds heat well on cold walks 🤍 Layer as normal underneath — and remember your own body heat reaches baby too, so keep their layers light inside the pouch and check they are comfortably warm, not hot.
How do I wash it? 🧺
Machine wash cold on gentle, air dry or tumble low. The fleece fluffs right back up — no bleach, no harsh detergents.
